Filezilla: Upload and Download files to/from the server
Dreamweaver: Build the website
Adobe Creative Suite: retouch and decorate product images, make pictographic components

http://www.maps.google.com: Indicate and identify your business
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com: Create the sitemap
Google webmasters tools: add the business url and submit the sitemap
For Establishing CMS E-commerce site, I recommend OpenCart. This tool comes with the essential modules to manage full functions of an online shop. And the interface is rather nice.
